The Little Catch Seafood Bar returns to O’Connell Street
We are very excited to welcome back our good friends from The Little Catch Seafood Bar for a special pop-up event. Together we have carefully curated a 10 course tasting menu featuring some of our all time favourites and also new dishes we are excited to share.
The last time…
The last time we had the Little Catch Team in for a pop, it was mind blowing, the unforgettable Lobster rolls we still dream of, Cod Buñuelo’s that everyone keeps asking us about, Smoked Mackerel Bombo with Parsley Jelly! It was a real pleasure and we loved sharing the kitchen and collaborating with the crew.
This time around…
This time, expect more of the same culinary magic, if it ain't broken, don't fix it!
Our 10-course tasting menu celebrates the very best of land and sea, with a heavy emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce. You will notice some influences from Chef Luis' native Spain, such as the Gilda (anchovy & green olive) a popular Spanish pintxo. It's finally spring, so langoustine had to be on the menu, another Spanish influence. Our Somali and front-of-house Gaston will also be serving a Sea Asparagus pre-dessert cocktail—unusual, of course, but we promise it is amazing.
