Beef Butchery Class + Two-Course Menu (January 25th)

Join us in the kitchen on Sunday the 25th of January, for a hands-on afternoon learning the craft of beef butchery. We’ll take you through the rumps, talk you through the hidden cuts inside, and show you how we choose which pieces are best for steaks, slow braises, or a proper roast.
After the class, we’ll sit you down for a comforting two-course beef menu, with the option to enjoy a glass of wine or beer if you’d like.
All equipment is provided. Attendees will also receive a recipe book to take home.
